- Process
- Fused filament fabrication (FDM)
- Build volume
- 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger pieces can be made in sections.
- Layer height
- 0.10–0.30 mm. Standard layer height is 0.20 mm.
- Typical tolerance
- ±0.3 mm or ±0.5% of the dimension, whichever is larger. Confirm critical dimensions before production.
- Materials
- PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, nylon (PA6), flexible TPU, and carbon-filled grades.
- Finishing
- Sanding, primer and paint, heat-set inserts, bonding, and assembly.
For high temperatures, load-bearing uses, or safety-critical parts, share the application up front so we can assess suitability.
