TRINETHRA LABS operates this design and 3D printing site. The information we receive depends on how you contact us and what you choose to share.
Exploring a design
The interior studio saves your selected mood, theme, budget preference and saved directions in this browser’s local storage. Your name, contact details and photo are kept out of that saved list. You can remove those preferences in your browser’s site-data settings or use the button below.
Room references and downloaded briefs
A room photo selected in the studio is displayed from your device in the current tab. Remove it using the photo control or close the tab. A downloaded brief is a file you keep. It may contain the photo’s filename and the text you entered. The photo itself stays separate.
Opening WhatsApp or email
Choosing “Continue in WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the brief in the link. WhatsApp receives that link, including its prepared text, when it opens. The studio receives the message when you send it. Add photos separately if you want us to see them. Email links open your mail service.
Working on your enquiry
We use the contact details, dimensions, references and project information you send to discuss feasibility, prepare a quote and work on your commission. An accepted order can also require billing, tax, delivery and payment records. A delivery partner may need the recipient’s contact and address details.
Share images and drawings you have permission to use. For photographs of children, involve their parent or guardian. We will ask separately before using a personal commission or customer portrait in publicity. For confidential drawings, arrange an NDA with the studio before sending files.
Hosting and storage
When you visit the hosted site, the hosting provider processes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site. The website’s own scripts use browser storage for design preferences. They do not set advertising cookies or load advertising trackers. Cloudflare and the communication services you choose have their own privacy practices.
We keep enquiry information as needed to follow up and complete the project. Order, invoice and dispute records may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal or claims purposes. Deleting a local preference does not delete a message you have sent or a file you downloaded.
Ask about your information
Email trinethralabs@gmail.com to ask what project information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw a permission you gave us, or raise a privacy complaint. Include a project reference if available. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. We’ll explain any records that must be retained and how this affects an active order.
