From enquiry to order
A saved direction, downloaded brief or WhatsApp enquiry starts a conversation. Before you commit, ask for a written quote identifying the approved design, quantity, dimensions, material, finish, total price, applicable taxes, delivery or installation charges, and expected timing. Payment stages, sample costs and the approval needed to start production should be recorded there.
Custom design and approval
Review the agreed drawing, digital proof or sample, including names, photographs, colours, measurements and intended use. Screen colours and printed finishes can differ. Tell us which details are critical so they can be included in the approval. Changes to an approved design may affect cost or timing. We will discuss the changes before proceeding.
Your references and the finished design
Send work you own or have permission to reproduce, including portraits, logos and original characters. Your permission to use the submitted material is for assessing and fulfilling your project. Agree separately in writing on exclusivity, ownership or licensing of newly created artwork and CAD files, and any future reuse. A request for a one-of-one design should specify exactly which design the studio agrees to reserve.
Technical and installation requirements
Describe any load, exposure, fit, electrical or water-system requirements when asking for a quote. For lighting, mounted features and hydroponics, confirm the components, professional installation responsibilities, maintenance access and intended environment before accepting the design.
Delivery, changes and remedies
Your order confirmation records delivery arrangements and agreed milestones. Contact us promptly if a design change, cancellation, delivery problem or defect arises. The order help page explains how to raise it. These terms preserve applicable consumer rights and access to available remedies.
